Summer outfit

I know it's still spring, but since the weather has been so great it feels like summer. I styled this outfit today which is a typical summer outfit I could have been wearing during summer. As you probably have notice most of my outfits are vintage inspired, so many people have told me that I don't belong to this era because of my style.

I'm looking so much forward to summer when I can wear dresses and skirts every day. During summer I often eat ice cream, take long walks with my friends, go swimming, reading and take photos of things which inspire me. I also get inspired to write poetry and stories. I have been writing since I was very young, and recently I have found a folder on my computer where I have collected all kinds of poetry I have been writing through the years. Lately, I have become fond of pastels and light colours. I think it's because it's finally spring. The weather is wonderful and it feels almost summer. It feels unbelievable, because it has been snowing here for several months. The outfit is French inspired with a little twist. The weather has been really nice lately, so I decided to take some outfit photos. I haven't been thrifting for a very long time, and there were so much great stuff. But what caught my eyes was this beautiful blue coat. I love the golden buttons. I bought another thing which you will see me wearing in another oufit. So when I was little I loved looking at fashion magazines. I always got inspired by them. But it was an outfit in the magazine I really liked. It's many years since I first saw it, but I still love it. It's really simple and I love the combination between the white, brown and blue. Yesterday, I was going to take some outfit photos outside, but then it started raining, and it was getting really dark. I was actually surprised because it has been sunny a couple of days and it's not raining often here. I am looking forward to hot summer days when I can wear dresses and skirts outside like every day.
