Inspiration

I really love getting inspired. I can look at photos for hours, and collect the ones that I find beautiful or give some sort of a message to me. My readers have asked me many times how I style my outfits. I often open the closet where I have all my clothes, and just pick out some of the clothing I really like. Then I try to style outfits of the clothing I picked out. The inspiration behind the styling of the outfits comes from different sources, for example: paintings, old movies, books, photography etc.
I really love helping friends and family styling their outfits, and I do this all the time.

It has been snowing a lot lately, and it's really cold. But today the sun has been shining so brighly which it hasn't been for a couple of days. It makes me miss spring a lot, and since it's much warmer in my house I decided to wear skirt inside. I'm looking so much forward to wearing dresses and skirts again. The streets were so slippery today, and I always tell myself that I am not going to fall. But the minute I take the phone from my purse and is about to call someone I end up falling. It's very embarassing when there're a lot of people, and some of them look weird at you. Anyways, I have to say that I appreciate all of your lovely comments, and I love reading all of them. If you have something to ask just write the questions in the comments bellow and I will answer them.

The blouse I am wearing is the one I mentioned in a blog entry a couple days ago. I have been looking for a blouse like that for ages. I have been looking for something like this in thrift shops, vintage shops, but I couldn't find anything. So, I tried on ebay and when I saw this I had to purchase it immediately. I really love the details of the blouse. It's really special. I pictured this outfit when I read a couple of old poems, and I thought it turned out to be a great vintage inspired outfit. It would be a great spring outfit, but it's impossible to wear something like this outside when it's snowing. So I have to wear it inside and waiting for the spring to arrive.

The inspiration for this outfit are old movies and my childhood. It would be a perfect outfit for great summer days. I really miss the great summer days when you can walk outside for hours with friends, and just talk about anything which comes into your mind. I often bring with me a book for the trip, so when I find a great place with flower fields and trees I often sit and read the book.
