60's and 50's

 Dress - Vero Moda

I really love the fashion from the 50's and 60's, and I also love the hairstyles. After I looked through a lot of magazine covers from these eras I was inspired to do a headshoot inspired by the fashion from the 50's and the 60's. I really love the beehive hairstyle from the 60's and tried to do a similar one. I haven't done one for a very long time, so it took me a little long time to do one. But I think it didn't look that worse. While I was organizing my clothes I found this dress which reminds me of the white dress Marilyn Monroe was wearing. I am also wearing pearls, because it gives the 60's feeling to it. I think most ladies were wearing a lot of pearls during this time. I am wearing pearl necklaces every day, simply because I find them really beautiful and simple. It really makes a casual outfit look much better.

I was going to organize some photos, and I found some photos from High School Jr. So many memories came alive, and I felt nostalgic. It was definitely one of my best times. I wish I could experience this period once again. It was really special and inspring. I have always loved art, but it wasn't until this time I really knew that art was a very special part of me. I had to laugh at the clothes I was wearing during this time. My style has changed a lot since then. I also remember it was very popular to have belly button, cardilage or targus pierced. I remember back then I wanted to have either cardilage or targus pierced, but I was so scared it was going to hurt. I am still considering if I want to do it, but I am not very sure. I really like simple ones, especilly the silver targus piercing from freshtrends, and also their cardilage piercing.  Enough rambling. I hope that you like the outfit, and have a wonderful week!

Botanic Garden

Sweater - Vintage
Bag- Morris
Acid Washed jeans - Cubus
Shoes - Primark
Glasses - H&M

I just love this botanic garden, because of the wonderful trees and flowers. When I am here I feel like I've been transported to another world, because it's really beautiful in the real life. Some days ago I looked through old albums and I found photos when my parents were around my age or maybe older. I was really fascinated by their style, especially their glasses which were really alike mine in the photos. My outfit is  inspired by old album photos. Everyone tells me that I look so different with glasses, and I couldn't be more agree. I hope that you have a wonderful week and enjoy fall like I do!

I love autumn

Coat - H&M
Pants - Primark
Shirt - Thrifted
Shoes - Vintage
Bag - Morris

One of the things I love with autumn is the wonderful trees with beautiful colours. I have read a lot of fashion magazines and I just love Fall inspired fashion, especially the beautiful coloured coats. After reading, I had to find my coats, and I had almost forgot that I had this brown coat. I just love the colour and it's perfect for fall. Since it was chilly on that day I allowed myself to wear it. I don't know why, but for some reasons I just love reading books during autumn.

I have a huge obsession for necklaces and rings. I think I wear at least three rings every day, and I also wear a lot of  necklaces. I am so used to wearing rings and necklaces that I feel lost without them. I have a bracelet with hearts, la Tour Eiffel and L'arc de triomphe figures which I never take off, because it means a lot to me. In this outfit I wear rings and necklaces in gold and silver
to give a kind of a Fall feeling to my outfit. You can find similar rings at My Jewelry Box

Inspiration

I have a map where I collect photos, and I had to share with you a few photos because they're really special.  Just looking at these photos inspire me to come up with new ideas for my outfits. Some of them also reminds me of certain memories from the past when it was one of my happiest time. I haven't taken any of these photos, so credits go to the photographers who have taken them. I will post outfit photos very soon. I hope you all have a wonderful week!
